Three different types of extra virgin olive oil, from monocultivars to our original blend, produced following three fundamental rules: care of the plants, meticulous transformation processes and conservation with cutting-edge practices that preserve their quality for a long time.
Cold extracted
We extract our extra virgin olive oil at a temperature below 25°C to preserve the quality of the extra virgin olive oil.
Bottling takes place at the time of order
In this way we avoid potential degradation processes of the oil, which is stored in the absence of oxygen, preventing oxidation processes and keeping all its organoleptic and nutraceutical properties intact.
From San Sperate to your table
The Società Agricola Sandalia was born from a first nucleus of small family olive groves in San Sperate. Today a museum city rich in art, it is located in an area of great historical importance and agricultural tradition, already inhabited in the Nuragic era and which became a nerve center for trade in Roman times thanks to its strategic position on the road that connected Karalis with Tharros.
In 2018, driven by the passion for a world of which we have always been part since we were children, the company grew and developed until it reached the current extent of approximately three hectares of agricultural land, where we take care of our olive grove with about a thousand plants.

Not only passion and hard work, but also continuous training in the oil field. We have undertaken this training path to improve ourselves and stay constantly updated on news from the world of oil. We refine our palate so that yours can then enjoy a high quality extra virgin olive oil.
